Appearance was clear, garnet, similar to a gamay. Nose was fruity and fresh, some minerality. Mouthfeel was extremely balanced - medium body, lots of sour cherry acidity and tannins. Very balanced and intense. I normally do not drink Cab Franc as as single varietal but am extremely impressed and scrambling to buy what it left of this release for cellaring.

Strong vinegar flavour. Wine had seeped all the way to the top of the cork and was pooled on top when the foil was removed.
It's a shame as I had enjoyed it in their tasting room.
