A really good, now approachable and great QPR entry level chablis chardonnay from quite a reputable producer. A very good QPR wine with enough structure and acidity left for aging several more years under proper cellaring conditions - expect some improvement with increased cohesion and further softening of acids. Clear, light yellow, acidic and well structured but also now controlled and quite balanced and approachable. Nose bright, saline and almost effervescent with white pear and green apple. Primary flavors included riper pear, warmer yellow apple and a very interesting hint of what having grown up in Asia I can best describe as green but ripening guava, the big kind. Definitely recommend this wine.

Very tasty Chablis and good representative of the 2010 vintage. Actually felt this wine was a bit shutdown and had more to give in another year or two. Silver-gold in colour, tons of minerals on the nose. Tart and minerally palate was fairly taught with decent weight and finish. As it had more air some green apple and pear started to poke through. Be interesting to see how this evolves in time but I think its worth risking some cellar time on.

Orchard fruit - elegant and firm acidity. Continues to impress and great partner to grilled tuna and King Fish steaks.
