  I've been sitting on this since 2012, and you can hold this for another 2 years easy. Dark color. Hint tannins. Some chocolate? This is drinking beautifully for a wine that's 11 years old. I had a Flannery ribeye steak, and drank this with my new Grazzl wine glass. All 3 were the perfect combination. I have more glasses and steak. Wish I had another bottle of the 2009 Cabernet.

  Dark garnet, still opaque. Prominent cabernet aromas of dark fruits, hint of herbs, leather. Full but smooth deep, rich flavors. Moderate tannin the first night but had softened the next, and there was a bit more complexity. Ready to drink, should easily last a few more years.
