This is a beautiful rendition of the Pinot Noir grape in California. Anderson Valley has a cooler climate and really produces lower alcohol, higher acidity wines in my limited experience. Josh Raynolds' note was spot on for me: notes of red cherry fruit, with some cola, peppery spice, and a hint of anise. The tannins are finely grained and mild, supported by refreshing acidity and a moderately long, cherry and spice finish. I would drink this one up ASAP, in a really good spot right now.

Popped and gently poured 1/2 into a 375ml recorked. Nice very light crimson, red berry with some light spice and a touch of zing on the finish. ok and good qpr Night 2 - Wow - much nicer mouthfeel, rounder and a bit more red fruit showing. Very nice.. raised my score

Good but probabably past its prime. Still floral but very mellow. Drink up.

Cranberry and tart cherry. Didn't even know they made this wine. At 7 years old it's still youthful and showing no signs of aging.
