  • Unoaked Godello - good example of grape typicity. Fresh acidity, a bit waxy and buttery on the nose hinting at malolactic fermentation. Aromatic with white flowers and citrus notes. Exhibits the typical mid-palate-twist of Godello - starts out almost "fat", changes halfway in and finishes off with a firm, structured dry minerality reminicent of Champagne or Chablis.
