  Great Burgundy 06-10 tasting Oslo October 2017 (At Kim Aa's place, Ulvøya, Norway): Mørk burgunderfarget med murstens kant. Herlig duft, modent og rikt preg med sursøte bær og frukter. Det er noe nebbioloaktig over denne. Spicy kryddertoner på smak med et sursøtt preg også her, flott frukt, god konsentrasjon, kompakt og rik og med ganske godt tanninbitt. Lang, kompleks og herlig moden.

  Brukte Francois Audouze sin slow oxygenation method da den virket gammel i mai 16 etter noen timers dekantering. Enten stor flaskevariasjon eller fullklaff på metoden. Fantastisk frukt. Flott kjølig mørke kirsebær. Godt tilstedeværende og nesten ungdommelige tanniner. Ikke den gamle damen fra i fjor dette men en ungfole. Kia gjettet på 5-7 år gammel. Etterhvert kom tobakken. Den hadde vi i fjor også. Deilig kombinasjon av frukt og tobakk. Og så kom sopp og mose - skogstur. Lang og kompleks. Dette var opptur. 94-95 poeng. Til Andebryst og tomat og basilikumrisotto.
