Bought 2b for 12.50/b on closeout from a local retailer 3-4 years ago. Light gold color, fragrance of petrol/Bartlett pear/honey, tangy with very good mouthfeel; held up well over three nights. Delicious dry Riesling. 12.5% ABV. Stored vertically (screwcap) in a cool, dark basement since purchase. My evaluation: I've stopped giving scores on a "100-point scale" as I've become less convinced that they can be meaningful to others. I use a 4-category scale (perhaps with +/-)--not including flawed--which runs outstanding/notable/drinkable/poor. I considered this notable+ when considering quality, age, and price.

One of a flight of international rieslings, this was probably the most impressive and lovable wine of the night given that it costs about £11. Lemon, lime, grass, greengage and a touch of mint and sherbet, this is unequivocal Thai food riesling and surprisingly complex.
