  Fresh, rich and concentrated, though I'm guessing less powerful than it was earlier in its life. Sour cherry with touches of cranberry, blackberry and bitter orange on the palate. Not sure I'd call it elegant, but I did enjoy it. Oddly, I liked it best on day 1 and 3... not sure why. 90-91

  1 hour slow ox. Bright cherry, orange peel, cranberry, and five spice. Rich but nicely balanced acidity.
