Clear, medium, ruby with significantly less intensity around the circumference. Medium nose with aroma of cherry, vanilla, alcohol and oak. Medium plus flavor of black cherry and charred wood. Medium acidity. Medium minus tannin. Medium body. Medium plus finish. Overall, a good Dry Creek Valley pinot that probably would have been a lot better 1-2 years ago.

Ruby red with spicy red fruit aromas and flavors. Nice raspberry flavors with none of the smoke/tar flavors that I got from the bottle in March. The finish was clean, medium with some earthiness.

A big, spicy California style Pinot. Has dark but still transparent color. The nose has rich and concentrated baked or candied raspberry and cranberry with a hint of minerals, baking spice, maple syrup and alcohol. The blackberry and various red fruits are accompanied by an earthy, flinty component that enhances the complexity. This wine is still quite young and appreciates some air from swirling, and will only improve with short term cellaring. Nice job with noticeable, but civilized oak. The finish has more minerals and plenty of black fruit waiting to express itself.
