Vinturied into decant, Drank wide open, nothing to get really excited about here-actually tasted flat to me, not flawed just weak. Mid life as far as age, with another few years at it’s present stage. I Have -2- more to drink, so..we will see how the next one goes.
My last bottle :-(. It is now a warm garnet color with a nose of dark berries, faint strawberries and earth. The tannins were pretty gripping at first, but smoothed out with just a bit of time. Strawberry, eucalyptus, and a touch of cloves. 90-91

Dark bramble fruit, cedar, leather, herbs, and a hint of tar and pepper. This CNdP has more Syrah than the usual (35%), and the dark fruit makes it sing. This elegant wine is drinking quite nicely now.

Fantastic! It was our last bottle and it will be missed. At nearly 12 years old, this $27 bargain drank like a much more expensive wine.
