(Maison P-U-R (Cyril Alonso and Florian Looze) Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau) From double magnum - medium ruby color; carbonic maceration, ripe red berry, rosehips nose; simple, tart red berry, cranberry palate; medium finish

Fresh berry juice with some herbs, minerality, and a bare touch of fruit skin bitterness, natural and non-confected, tasty and quaffable, good stuff.
By the last glass, 3 hours in, it's saline earthy blueberry and tobacco. Maybe best fresh out of the bottle, but a pretty interesting transformation.

so fresh and savory; about as excellent of a thing as you could want from beaujolais noveau.

Fruity, frivolous, clean. Fun for all the family.
