Very burgundian on the nose - wet hay/grass, lots of "earthiness". The wine did not improve as it opened - very little fruit. Crab apple? A tanginess that made the wine rather mediocre.

(Destination Cellars Pinot Noir) Dark ruby color; brett, baked red fruit, hibiscus nose; very tart red fruit, hibiscus palate with medium acidity; medium-plus finish
