  Popped and poured. Rich apple aroma with a touch of honey. Complex mix of flavors includes pear, apricot, minerals. Tingly mineral finish. Robust, rich, firm backbone, some tertiary flavors. This has matured beautifully and is in a great spot right now.

  Extremely well-structured dry Pfalz Riesling coming from the single vineyard “Wachenheimer Gerümpel” (not mentioned on the label of the bottle) ; a wine with a great personality. Brilliant straw yellow color with green-golden reflections and an amazingly complex nose displaying scents of nectarine, mirabelle, lemon zest, thyme and lots of exotic spices. The powerful palate is dominated by concentrated citrus and stone fruit, perfectly balanced by a racy but superbly integrated acidity and a solid mineral framework. Wonderfully long, refreshing finish. Just heavenly. Drink it now through 2016.
  
  Een droge Pfalz-Riesling met een schitterende structuur, afkomstig uit de "Wachenheimer Gerümpel- wijngaard” (wordt echter niet vermeld op het etiket); een wijn met een geweldige persoonlijkheid. Briljante strogele kleur met wat goudgroene schakeringen en een buitengewoon complexe neus met aroma’s van nectarine, mirabelle, citroenschil, tijm en flink wat exotische kruiden. Krachtig smaakpatroon, gedomineerd door geconcentreerd citrus- en steenfruit, en perfect uitgebalanceerd door een pittige maar perfect geïntegreerde aciditeit en een stevige minerale ruggengraat. Bijzonder lange, verfrissende afdronk. Een hemelse wijn. Te drinken: nu tot 2016.

  enkel og lett, tørr hvitvin fra en stor produsent. Gikk helt greit til reker og krabbe :)
