  Perfect wine for a chill long evening. Fine and classy, characteristic Rostaing burgundian style. A bouquet of red fruit and flowers, tea and light tar, very fine ground pepper, light acidity that blends into salinity. A brainy wine!

  Dégustation Côte Blonde (La Caverne de Collin): Un nez discret, un peu réduit au départ, mieux ensuite.
  Belle texture, typée, aérienne. Finale poivrée un peu discrète, de bonne longueur. J’aime beaucoup la texture mais il ne me semble pas pleinement expressif. J'étais d'avis, avec d'autres, qu'il n'est pas encore prêt. 91-92 pts
