Dark green glass and burgundy label masked this as a rose, as does its tint. Just slightly lighter than a pinot. Pleasant nose, crisp but not a typical rose palate. More like a lighter red blend wine. Best served with food. Slightly tart finish.

The previous note has this just right. This is a bold dark rose - which made me fear it'd have too much sugar and/or too little acidity - but no, it's entirely dry, minerally, tangy, and has a little of that rose bitter finish. It all adds up to the refreshment I seek in a rose, on a somewhat larger/darker frame which helped it stand up wonderfully to moderately spicy homemade carnitas.

More substantial than the average rose. Not as much of a summer afternoon quaffer vs. something to have with a meal. Good value for $13 though.

Dry and crisp. Some subtle waxy red fruit. Good acid and minerality.

Very dark in the glass for a rose - still translucent, but almost like a blood orange in color.
Bone dry, nice minerality and acidity, with a little citrus pith on this finish. All in, not bad for the first glass on a Sunday afternoon.
