  Tasted blind with Matthieu. Very surprising nose: lots of petrol notes (Bernard went to Alsace on that one) and apple. The palate shows more roundness and less acidity that riesling but boy that petrol is disconcerting! Balanced despite a certain lushness, a hint of wax. Mineral. Pretty cool to drink.
