This is pretty killer. A bit shy on the nose, showing flint, lime zest, and a whiff of musk flowers. The palate is stacked and packed, yet dry as a bone. I get loads of gooseberries and limey intensity on the attack, but overall this wine is really about its acids first and foremost, with the fruit playing an (important) supporting role. Finished long with a distinct note of pomelo or white grapefruit. Zippy, delicious, close to thrilling.

Vinosphere (Town Hall, Sydney): Slight kerosene, slight lime, earthy, stony, rich, touches of honey ,more of the same though it is very slight oxidised. Tight and tangy.
