I don't know why there aren't more Viognier-based dessert wines. The floral, honey and apricot notes are perfect for a stickie. While the acidity is a tad low, this is very nice. In addition to apricot, honey and floral, there is lots of brown sugar and caramel on the palate. Gorgeous.
