  Notes after two hours open from a flute. Pale peach color with a tiny, slow fizz. Light bouquet of strawberry and apricot. Good acidity that helps this maintain a sense of dryness against the definite sweetness. Not particularly intense or persistent, but pleasant enough. 3+10+15+7= 85

  Clear colour of very ripe strawberries and rasp[berries; tiny bubbles. nose: dry, mineral plus some sea water. taste: very dry; not ripe crisp strawberries - soft and bit watery; but creamy in the finish with light bitterness. Nice cava - if you like dry - near "Zero" ones.
