Stood this up for a few days then decanted -- had a surprising amount of sediment (no fining or filtering, etc.), so glad I did; I think this might be related to comments about the wine being "milky".
Wine had a lot of dissolved CO2, so I shook up the decanter a few times and let it off-gas.
After that, the wine was great, served slightly chilled. Essence of blood orange and raspberries. Pretty lithe and ethereal. I really enjoyed this and would buy more.

Really not my style of wine. Tried over two days to give it a chance, but just too rustic for my palate. Pinkish-orange color, lots of particulates. Nose of strawberry preserves, with some funk and a bit of volatile acidity. Lots of fizz in the mouth, even on day two. Even though there is not a lot of acidity, it overwhelms the palate with a light but predominant flavor of balsamic vinegar. Slight tart cherry flavor (really not much fruit here) and some bitter almond on the finish. I thought the bottle was bad until I read other tasting notes and realized that it's just the way this wine is...

More pink than red -- a deep rose hue. Lots of spritz -- when I shook the bottle vigorously, it fizzed up like soda pop. Better on day two when spritz had largely gone. Some natural funk and strawberry jam on the nose/palate. This was a surprisingly good food wine -- the strawberry element played very well with the black pepper in my white bean soup.

Weird wine.. nose of spicy light red bush fruit and also smells like "Off" the bug spray; maybe deet?
Sour on the attack and finishes with a milky grain component, which again, is weird. Ultimately I like it but Im not sure what the hell to do with it...
