Drank over two days. Pours a pale gold. An intense burst of lychee cut with fresh lime zest providing lift, honeyed pineapple, and golden kiwi. By the second day the palate had gained in concentration; becoming richer and more intense while retaining a lightness of touch.

Well made, young and built to go the long haul. Perfect acidity to balance the sweetness of the wine- big lychee, yellow peach syrup and bergamot. Wow.

This was great! Really concentrated fruit, particularly lychee, with lime zest transitioning to saline and marjoram. Lots of length and nice sweetness to the finish.

A visit to Zind Humbrecht (Alsace, France): Light golden in color. The nose has melon, honey, caramel and just a slight lychee. It is gorgeous though. On the palate, there is a cocoa puff cereal note along with honey and slight burnt orange peel. Delicious. Viscous. Very sweet and certainly a dessert wine, but still good acidity. Not cloying. Finish goes on forever. Beautiful wine with decades left.

Limited notes as I forgot to write them down. Fresh, floral lime on the nose. Rich but fresh palette. Delicious.
