that said it paired well with eggs. served very cold this is not a big assertive wine, it's a little sweet, has wispy minerality, good acid, but not aggressive. it's pretty but a little dull.
ive yet to be sold on greek wines being very interesting; and this hasnt changed much.

In the aroma: white flowers, pears. On the palate, medium body and medium acidity, with a creamy finish. Not especially complex, but well balanced and fairly pleasant to drink. Has the flavor profile of a Viognier but light.

A pale colored wine with a slight green hue, very perfumed on the nose revealing pears, green apples, lemon rind, and rose water. Oily yet delicate texture on the palate with revealing pears, apricots that lead to a refreshing citric mid palate with just small hints of chewy green notes. The finish is of long length on this light to mid bodied wine, it reveals sweet white fruit and steely minerality. This is a very discreet, refreshing, and contemplative wine.
