  Chardonnay aromas of citrus, smoke, candied pineapple, oak, a little pine, butterscotch, earth, and apple. Lemon, smoky fruit, earth, and lingering pineapple, melon, and hay. Really nice balance, the nose and palate are not overdone. Supple texture, well judged acidity, fades a touch on the finish, but comes back with deliciousness. This could be my summer wine this year.
