  • Solbær, rødbær, litt høstløv og eik på nese. Samme i munnen. Litt svak frukt i forhold til tannin. Utgang med tydelige tanniner og litt fat. Litt skuffende frukt til å være Littorai.

  • Bugger, my last one of these. Delicious wine that’s right on point (despite being two years “over the hill” according to 17 other users.). We put this with crispy pork belly and duck confit. The acidity is perfect and fruit is highly expressive with all that TL garrique that show off the microclimate at Littorai’s Platt.

  • This wine is delicious !!
A perfect cork after over a decade in the bottle. Consumed over two days and from the first sip I knew, this is a very special wine. This balanced wine showed more fruit on the first day and I had to resist dinking it all. Fortunately, I saved half for day two where this mature wine really started to shine. This balanced wine had softened just a little to an increased depth and integrated complexity. Medium ruby color with modest oxidation and excellent clarity. Aromas of red cherry and cranberry. Flavors of cranberry, raspberry, and rhubarb with a hint of baking spice. This Pinot Noir has a medium to long finish. A balanced and flavorful Pinot Noir. This wine is made on the Burgundian style and is the perfect example of what make a wine age worthy. This wine may have many more years of life remaining, fortunately I still have two bottles of this vintage remaining in the cellar. A great fruit sources from the Platt Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast appellation of Sonoma County. All of these elements and great winemaking from Ted Lemmon combine to consistently produce a fine Pinot Noir.

  • Late Birthday BYO: Blind. Meget flott, besnærende og dyp nese, svakt fennikel og lakris. Strålende toppfrukt. Ah, for en vin!
