IWS reprise (My place, Kent Street): Aromas of cherry with a little candy floss, fresh herbs...Creamy mousse, refreshing acidity, cherry more muted but is joined by a touch of stone fruit, tannic burr, smashable.

From the vino volo in Calgary. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical with this one. Have not had good experiences with Lambrusco in the past. This was totally quaffable though. Definitely lots of cherries coming through. A hint of a tartness to it that works well with the bubbles. Easy enough to drink and actually a nice pairing with the flatbread which seemed to make it better.

Fresh and clean although the acidity is searing.
Pretty sour strawberry aroma and flavor.
