This was really nice. I had been curious about Tallulah for a while and this one was worth the wait. It's a single-vineyard Chard with the vines being planted in 1969. In fact, grapes from this vineyard went into the Chateau Montelena that won the 1976 Paris Tasting (that was on the internet so it has to be true). Anywho, there were nice notes of various fruits on both the nose and palate. It also had the CA/Napa creaminess without being over oaked. Glad I have three more bottles. We'll see how they develop.

Fantastic! It's really beginning to become a great Chardonnay. Unfortunately, it's our last bottle.

I'm biased because I love okay and creamy Chards and Tallulah Orchard doesn't disappoint. Glad I have more bottles. A great buy.
