  • Ok, I thought the prior review was harsh but man this is so not Merlot. It's terrible. Down the sink it went.

  • Unequivocally the worst wine to have ever touched my lips. If a wine gets 50 points purely based on being made of fermented grapes, then it is unfortunate I must score it that high. With absolutely zero depth or structure, this wine is something even the worst Beaujolais Nouveau producer would be embarrassed to put their name on. Cloudy red/brown in the glass and nothing but the faintest hint of macerated plum on the nose. There is also a noticeable and unpleasant secondary fermentation which supports an utterly disjointed attack. I could only rank it below even the poorest attempts at homemade wine. At 22 dollars a bottle this is grand larceny; the wine, and its price tag, actually offends me.
