This bottle was shipped by the winery upon release during an October heat wave in a pulp shipper, so it may be somewhat compromised. Color was a medium ruby, perhaps a bricked at the edge, but it did not have a stewed nose nor any indications of seepage on the cork. Reticent nose that did expand slightly with time. This wine exhibited shy fruit, and most of the characteristics alluded to in other notes, but it ws subtle to the point of needing one to search for it. Not rated.

Excellent Pinot right in its prime showing no signs of degradation. Light tannins, mild fruit. Enjoy knowing it could easily last another 7-8 yrs.
