  Impeccably put together with light petrol, ripe orchard fruits, and a big body that is kept in check by the bright acids. Opulent but well-balanced, just as you'd hope and expect from Hirtzberger in '13.

  No formal notes, but this was in a beautiful spot. Excellent balance with lifting acidity, yet clearly on the riper/richer side without being over-the-top.

  Very nice wine. Unfortunately appears to have a bit of a short finish. Nonetheless tasty wine with excellent nose and palate.

  And this is flat out gorgeous today! Medium- to full-bodied for a white, with sweet & sour white fruits on the palate (like unripe pineapple?). Nice mix of complex aromas (fruit, slate, minerals) on the nose. In a word, delicious.
