Bought from Bedrock library release in 2020. This is not normally my cup of tea… Very, very rich, but without being cloying. There is a toffee/caramel like element here, but it doesn’t read as sweet. In the release email, Morgan used the descriptor “figgy” which is dead on here. Not sure how this would relate with food, but as a holiday season nightcap it was really lovely.

Normally keep my notes private, but entering this as a data point for others. Completely oxidized. Kept a second day just in case, but first Bedrock I have ever dumped. This is from the 2020 Library release. NR

This tasting note is from day two, when the wine was much better for my palate. Semillon characteristics on the nose: honey, figs, and lanolin. The mano/papaya from the sauvignon blanc is still there, but it's fading into the background. A little oxidation, but nothing unreasonable for a nine year old wine.
Round mouthfeel: time has let this unfurl. Honeycomb. Brown butter. Pear/melon. Nice acid too. This is in a really nice midway point as the fruit is gradually dissipating into tertiary character. This was a surprisingly good paring with homemade mapo tofu.

PnP. On pouring, this is dark and appears either starting to oxidize heavily or as someone asked - is that an old Sauternes. On the palate, nothing was “wrong” but it had no umphh at all. Kinda flat and non-descript.
