  Wow. This was truly spectacular. Took to my parents' house for my Dad's 86th birthday, and this did not disappoint at all. Delicious. Wonderful. A real treat. Holy crap!!

  This wine is drinking great for my palate, and I’m again amazed that the CT cognoscenti would say this drining window closed in 2023. To both of our tastes, this was drinking better the second night. It is still full of dark purple fruit. Secondary oak nuances abound with all the predictable cigar box and wet tobacco but there is umami coming through as tertiary notes, ore like mushrooms in wet earth or wood, but less like fallen leaves and those kinds o comparisons. this is subtle and nuanced on the back palate through finish and not pronounced on the nose.

  Corra never disappoints me! Gorgeous black currant, cedar, bay leaf, milk chocolate. Drinking well. Lost nothing night#2.

  14.5% abv. Surprised i havent enjoyed this vintage before. Desne and concentrated fruit. Mildly sweet nose on the swirl. Enjoyable across all 3 days.
