7 years in this is still on the leaner end of Pinot noir but drinks well with richer food. Cranberry, cherry, rose, and earth. Light body and high acid. Pair with cream sauces not steak.

Good notes from JAHULLO3 and MIKE DILDINE. At seven years on this is still youthful, but for my taste is at its' peak. More time may rob it of the subtle fruit present. It is slightly tart, but worked beautifully with Thanksgiving dinner. Didn't want anything too heavy or cloying. Gave it a quick decant and it was ready.

Exactly what I thought it would be - lean and barely ripe, but ripe enough, with a bit of minerality to go with the bing cherry fruit.
this one was substantially better with air - even day 2. miles to go - the only question to track is whether there's enough fruit to keep up with the structure... for the next 3-5, my guess is there is.

12.2% abv. Dark burgundy red, moderately expressive aromas. Cherry, with hints of cinnamon and mint. Excellent depth and length. Very lively, with a grippy, sappy element. A very pretty Pinot that is aging very gracefully. Years of enjoyment ahead.
