Pop and pour, last of three bottles. This did improve with air so recommend an hour decant. Earthy and savory on the palate with fleshy red fruit, mild acid, supple tannins. Drink up.

Pop and pour. This is drinking beautifully now. Quite savory for an Oregon Pinot with muted red fruit, marzipan, saucy acid, light minerality. The Brittain is one of my favorite Ayoubs.

This wine is ready to drink - tannins are smoothed out, fruit is definitely there but other background flavors are now in the mix, too - fennel, a little bit of mushroomy/earthy taste - all delicious. This should last to about 2021 but I wouldn't count on much longer than that.

First of three bottles. This is starting to enter its drinking window although it's still quite young. The Brittain seems to be the most savory of Mo's offerings. Tannins are still young, although toward the end of the second day the palate turned more silky. There is good acid and like all Ayoub wines the purity on the palate is lovely. Give it a little decant if drinking now.
