Wow...excellent rosé! Most rosés don't last long, so I was hesitant purchasing this but the price was right. I think I have to agree with the previous reviewers - this does taste much better with some age on it. None of the sweetness of when it was young, as mentioned by earlier reviewers. Darker than your average rosé. Wonderful nose of berries. Fresh on the palate with notes of strawberries and nice acidity. Tastes like summertime in a glass. I wish I bought more. Drink up if you got 'em because how long will a 5 year rosé last?

I actually like this better with a bit of age on it. Dark for a rosé as mentioned before, with a cranberry/ruby color. Nose of strawberry, plum, earthy/manure notes, and lime. Light to medium body, with strawberry, raspberry, lime, and medium acid and finish.

Unscrewed and poured. Pleasant strawberry aroma. Sweet stawberry and lime flavors. Very sweet strawberry finish with a bit of spritz.
Based on the color, this could easily be mistaken for a red. Flavor profile is most like a sweet lambrusco but with a lot less fizz. This ain't bad at all, but a little too cloyingly sweet, especially on the finish. Decent summer wine.

PnV. Fairly dark Rose, just a bit lighter than a light Pinot. Nice nose of strawberries with a touch of spice. Full bodied for a Rose, with a soft and generous mouthfeel, followed by just a faint touch of acidity. Some might say it needs more acidity, but I think its fine depending on what you're having it with. Definitely an easy summertime sipper.
Enjoyed in an Ultima Bordeaux glass. Prior bottle was enjoyed in a much smaller glass. Definitely recommend the larger glass to let the nose express itself more.
