(Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon) Screaming Eagle Vertical Tasting Dinner - '92-'99: Gorgeous blackberry, cassis, violet and vanilla nose; fabulously rich and concentrated, with layers of blackberry and cassis that seem to last forever, on top of a great structure; fabulous finish of cassis, blueberry and cocoa. My WOTN (others preferred the '99, which had similar structure)

A good Cab that lacks the refinement and delineation of more recent vintages with flavors that bleed a bit into each other.

Very Right Bank. So much lift to aromas with fig quality. Serious depth and great evolution. Simply demolished 1993 Mouton.
