Medium bodied. Aromas of dark fruit with flavors of blackberry and black currant. Smooth. This bottle did not seem to carry the weight or mouthfeel as other bottles I've had, but still enjoyable.

We've always known that St. Francis was best known for their Zins, but they also make some excellent Cabs as well from their vines right in the Sonoma Valley area. The Lagomarsino is no exception. The 2020 end-date is considerably off.. submitted 2024.
