  Yum. Dark brown/red in color. Forest fruit and asphalt, spices, cedar wood. Tannins integrated but still mouth-drying. Round/soft but clean. Elegant balance. Long finish with Mediterranean herbes. Do not decant but instead follow fascinating changes over the course of 1 hour when the wine develops in the glass/bottle.
