I’ve only had Soave once or twice before, and those were much more subdued. This has an intense nose that’s herbaceous, saline, and a little citrusy. Medium high acidity, medium light body, with a palate of unripe peach, orange, and saline. Medium length finish, would happily drink again.

More a food-pairing wine. Straw yellow, slightly greenish hue. Lemon, citrus. Fresh, pear, stone, pineapple/tropical.

Definitely a food-pairing wine. Not great for drinking on its own. Don't care for it as much as the first time we purchased it.

Nice lemon tart flavors with a good jolt of salinity. Dry and savory. First in its flight at our Veneto tasting.
