14.8% abv. Recent auction purchase (1st of 2 bottles). Really like this. Deep, dark, opaque color. Real Cabernet Sauv character - ripe, but not too ripe that it covers the structure and the tobacco and "greener" notes of the grape. Not that its green or has pyrazine or anything, but that you can still taste the true nature of it - a difficult line to toe in Napa Cab. Seems super young to me. Everything is in balance here, but this seemed to have a bit of a harder edge to it - i.e. more of a coarse mouthfeel than silky. Seems more old school Napa than modern...but not quite. I'd guess this will be one of those Cabs, when opened at 25 or 30 years old, will be singing, though I think it is in a good drinking window now for those who like young and fresh Cabernet. For me, I'll wait another 10+ years (if I can!) on my last bottle.

This wine still has PLENTY of life left in it. Has a medicinal character upon opening. Fruit shows through after a few hours decant. Paired well with a filet. I will certainly wait a few more years on the others that I have, as I think it is just at the very beginning of its drinking window...

Great fruit throughout the palate and a long finish. Nice tartness mid palate that we really enjoyed. Probably has at least 5 years left but I doubt if I'll wait.

Wow. Aging beautifully with many years to go! Smooth tannins. Silky. Chocolate and dark berry flavors. Really a great bottle. Drinking beautifully!

Great qpr for $45 on lastbottle. Ready to go now but should have several years left in it.
