  • Fresh and barnyardy nose, with hints of cherry hiding behind the funkiness.

Palate is equally fresh, with minor tannic grip and substantially more barnyard, fresh earth and damp forest floor. Too much funk and lack of fruit for a young wine IMHO. Not unpleasant though, and at $10, reasonable if you're a fan of less fruit.
