This one just gets better with age... Sadly, my last bottle. I'm a little disappointed that Cana's Feast (formerly Cuneo) seems to be sourcing more of their grapes from WA... Not that there's anything wrong with WA grapes but the melding of WA/OR fruit is what makes the Cuneo wines so spectacular...

Took 20-30 minutes to open up, particularly the nose. But a pleasant, cassis-laden wine, with tannins that were present but not obtrusive, and some notes of chocolate and tight oak. Nice, easygoing wine.

Great flavor, but there's still a bit too much acidity on the back end of this. Lovely Pacific Northwest flavor profile, though.
