  • shure not any signs of old age but 2014 was a small year and so is the wine, it has all you expect a good hock to show, but of all this too little

  • 3 years since my last bottle. Beautiful showing. This has lost its tightness and is good to go from pulling the cork. In the glass however still a very pale yellow, not showing any age. Resolved but very fresh and light nose with a bit of petrol. Fine textured palate with white fruit and citrus. Lovely bitter hint. Not the longest finish, nor the most complex wine, but it’s all in a great balance.
Went well with mala guo at home, which I was afraid would overpower the wine, but also on its own afterwards. At peak but will last for another 10 years for sure. 92-93

  • Was a great choice at Christmas Eve to pair along various herrings and other rich fishy dishes. Pale straw bright colour. Complex, intense and heavily mineral aroma, notes of wet stone, hay, petrol, apricots, grass, flint. Palate also shows intense rich minerality with delicately elegant zesty texture, complex flavour profile of apples, flint, apricots, grassy and stony notes, very fresh and vibrantly high but well balanced acidity. Merry Christmas everyone and have a happy holidays, cheers!

  • Citrus, Lime, Apple, Peach. Lime curry. Big Smoky herbal notes & petrol. Laserlike aciditiy (Green lemon). Bitter notes (almond) & mouthwatering salinity. Not completely voluptuous on the palate, but the mixture of acidity, bitternes, smoke & fruit is in a nice floating balance. Clean and pure. Deep water.

  • Eher verhaltene Nase, Zitrusnoten/Limette, florale und mineralische Anklänge, am Gaumen dann sehr konzentriert, druckvoll, elegant und lang! Profitiert von etwas Luft
