Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 1/23/2016 (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): Really a pretty decent bottle of Prosecco. Maybe just a little heavier viscosity than typical. Tropical fruit nose with a hint of melon. Pretty mild little bubbles. Maybe a touch of sweetness that seems to work. A touch of honey with the peach, melon and citrus fruit. Pleasant, not overly acidic. The honey and the mouth feel give this an edge over many other Prosecco's.

This is a nice, simple Prosecco with a good qpr.
