From memory. Light gold yellow. Spicy nose of volatile pine and caramel. Seems between sec and demi-sec, aged savory but fresh white-fruit palate. Nice long bittersweet apple finish, very enjoyable with Thanksgiving.

Purchased in Marigot St. Martin and had concerns about its age and storage. What a surprise. Delicious with cheese assortment. Hiting on all cylinders with awesome fruit flavors that are rich and balanced.

Such a beautiful nose of ripe red apples, peaches, candied lemon peel, quince and white pepper. Smells rich and inviting. Smooth on the palate with honeyed peaches. Spicy white pepper aspect. The sweetness has a depth and richness that is amazing, but it so well balanced with fresh acidity yet, that there isn't any cloying aspect at all. Long, lovely finish of peach liqueur. Still so fresh.

Still viable. Wish I had tasted another bottle earlier in its life to compare.

Drank with advanced sommelier + wine geek friends. Very good - sweet, pineapple, unctuous, pear. My second bottle - both excellent by me and others!
