  Medium/deep ruby core, pale ruby rim. Open, reasonably intense nose, dark fruits, spice, slight hint of mocha. Medium bodied, quite fresh and light, red and black berry fruits, well balanced with good acidity and some grippy tannins and bitterness on a reasonable length finish. Enjoyable if not particularly special, should be fine for another 5+ years.
