  Family dinner (Raclette) at the German coast. Received three bottles of Conte di Campiano as a gift a few months earlier:
  
  2008 Conte di Campiano Brindisi Riserva - 85 points
  Made from Negramaro grapes. Easy to drink, more thin than heavy, red fruits, few tannins left. Drink up!
  
  2012 Conte di Campiano Primitivo di Manduria Vincenzo Tribute sessantuno - 87 points
  More complex notes compared to the Brindisi we had before. Cherries, hints of spices, some tannins.
  
  2009 Conte di Campiano Salice Salentino Riserva Salento IGT - 88 points
  I liked this one most of the three wines. Very mellow and smooth, well structured. Cherries, spices, oak notes.

  Nose: celery, lovage, cooked red fruits, hint of leather, very unique vegeatl notes but nice
  Taste: medium to full bodied, medium acidity, medium tannins, dried red fruits, cherry, spices, leather
