Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Golden in the glass. So ..concentrated at first blush. Mouth coating acidity with a chalky minerality, but very much in balance w. the sweetness. A bit tight now, but it is very good though. I am not sure I would like it as much with "proper age". The fruit is delightful now. A lingering aftertaste of sweetness and puckered gums afterwards!
