Pale yellow with green tint. Fairly light footed, good acidity and a mineral vein which carries notes of tart citrus and salty undertones. Improves a bit with time and benefits from slightly warmer serving temperature (14-16C)

Still young and fresh with lemon and lemon blossom with bright acidity. Honestly hasn’t moved much for an entry level wine. Will have many years ahead of it.
Pale colour, hay. Clear and vibrant looking. Aromas of lemon and lime, with a grassy vegetal element. Good acidity, slight zing to flavour. Mainly a lemon flavour, with a slight lemon peel bitterness. Decent length to finish. Seems slightly watery …. Just lacks more body and oomph. But tasty and easy going. Vegetal and herbal/mineral elements on the finish.

The typical lemon and lime is here with citrus flowers and some fennel. It has already started to develop a slight waxy flavour and it is much rounder on the palate than I remember. Definitely doesn't have the acid structure this time to suggest a long life but it is good drinking right now.
