  • Rather muted and austere bouquet with notes of wet gravel, crushed white pepper, sage, white peaches, citrus, mirabelle plums as well as a pinch of broom and jasmine. Similarly muted and austere on the palate, too, but with drive, strength, substance and a crisp, mouth-watering acidity. Good concentration and extract, while retaining a beautiful balance. Long-lasting aftertaste, with a mineral-fruity zestfulness and juicy spices. While still being too young, it is already quite delicious. Could easily do with another 1 – 2 years of cellaring, though.
