If you like buttery Chardonnay, this is it. Tropical fruit (especially pineapple) and decent acidity to keep lively. At first a bit of a diesel smell which blew off quickly. Rich gold color and big bodied for a Chardonnay (reminded me of a Walter Hansel chard). Preferred it on the colder side to keep it balances and fresher. Really nice for its type.

Tropical leaning yellow and white fruit, butter and touch of saline with ample oak. Better balanced and integrated day 2. Lovely if big Cali Chard is what the occasion calls for. Decant 1-2 hours or hold 2-5 years.

Preface- not a Chard fan but did enjoy this one on its own without food. PnP. Delicious chard with a great visceral feel. Deeper flavor than most- of looking for a crisp linear Chard this is not for you.
